From our beginnings as a company who primarily refurbished
old powder coating plant we have now progressed to
design and manufacture our own machinery, which is

All of our powder coating equipment is fabricated
in-house by our own skilled welders. In this way we
can maintain our high quality standards and keep a

We manufacture our own range of curing
ovens designed to maximise heat capacity and give
even heat distribution throughout the oven. As well
as our standard sizes, we can customise our curing
ovens to match your individual companies requirements. |

Our development of the "Auto-Wash"
pre-treatment plant has replaced the need for
a large and costly conveyorised pre-treatment machines.
With the "Auto-Wash" components are washed,
phosphated, rinsed with clean water and dried ready
for immediate powder coating, all inside one chamber.
The chamber is capable of treating large objects of
non-standard shapes and is fully automated with a
complete cycle time of 15 to 20 minutes in many cases. |
