Bowker Machinery have been supplying powder coating
equipment for more than 30 years. Our current products
are the culmination of the experience and expertise
we have gained over this time. Our specialisation
and wealth of knowledge in the manufacture, delivery,
installation and training in the use of powder coating
plant means we are 100% confident we can supply your
business with all your powder coating plant requirements.
After many years re-furbishing and installing used
plant, we decided in 2002 to cease this activity and
to begin to manufacture our own equipment. This move
enabled us to re-design and eliminate many of the
shortcomings that we had regularly experienced and
struggled to overcome in our handling of used plant.
The three products that we chose to specialise in
and that we decided to would most benefit from a radical
re-design process were: Curing Ovens, Spray booths
and pre-treatment equipment. This change of strategy
has proved very successful and has led to a product
range widely regarded as one of the most innovative
and inventive available in our industry throughout
the world.
The process of fully designing and manufacturing
in-house, keeping a tight control of our fixed costs
and adhering to the rules of "value engineering"
enable us to offer new, state-of-the-art plant at
very competitive prices. In many cases, the prices
we now charge for our new equipment is similar to
those we had previously charged for used equipment.
This approach has enabled us to build a loyal group
of UK customers and has also attracted many overseas
firms to our products, with our plants now running
in manufacturers around the world including Ireland,
India, Lebanon, Poland and Kenya.
